Lately, I haven't been seeing people doing things for the right intentions. Sometimes I think that people don't give a care about what they're getting themselves into, but more importantly, they don't see how their actions affect others. Call me crazy, but my mind is set on work efficiency. My mind wants everyone to do their set job, and put their best efforts into things. I don't want to see everyone spread out in all places. I want to see people sacrificing a little face time for...A UNITED team.
Those glory hogs, those people quick to make promises-but don't intend to keep them-, those people who plain don't care; you hurt the team. Little can be accomplished with people of position that do not do their job, but want to do everything else. Some people want to do things to put on their college app or because it makes you look good, but they don't care about doing what they promise. I sometimes don't want to see your face. Watch me confront you.
For now, it won't kill me to live my life not caring what you do. It can hurt my school experience, but my life doesn't end there. In 3-4 years, I will be gone, and I will still have my passions. I hope everyone else finds theirs too. I may or may not get along with you, but I only want the job to get done.
