Non-Productive

My dad bought me a badminton set, I disliked the colors and build. I told him to return it, and we went to Big Five to look for a more suitable raquet. I didn't find the perfect one, but something close enough. I don't like ths grip of it. Well, I made it to the ModelUN meeting at the MLK. It was the least productive one I've ever been to. It was also one of the least entertaining. Yes, people were there, but barely. I called Payam asking where everyone was. They were in the TeenCenter; Steven, Micheal and Victor. Well, more people showed up later. I didn't do much, Victor urged us to check out books for our research. I didn't bring a card for once. I chilled. More people came, and screw that, I knew we weren't going to get anything done. Phuc called and said he came back from Fresno. He could make it to the meeting. I'm glad he did, but I didn't stay too long at the library. I'm kind of glad about that too. It was taking too much of my time. In the library, there was this guy looking up porn. Payam couldn't stop pointing that out.It seems that other BMUN delegates haven't prepared as much as Phuc and I have. They were the ones being nosy.
I knew I would've have time to eat out on this outing, but wow, I didn't spend any money today. The freshmen boys were watching Naruto on the labtops. I wasn't able to celebrate Nguyen's birthday with the girls. My dad picked me up, and we were at Lion Market. We bought snacks for tonight's Red Cross movie night/potluck. I only recognized Michelle and Alex at first. I was introduced to Christine; her mom was our ride after all. I had a good time there. The theme was French food, but that was a hard cuisine to cook up. We ended up with pizza, cupcakes and tons of chips. Yes, it was junk food, but it was the good kind. We played social games to break the ice. I met Wai that way. She's shy, but really awesome. I met other Red Cross members, and I wasn't shy as I thought I'd be. The movie itself, I didn't want to sit through it. I watched it 6 times before, but I didn't mind being there. I got home fine.
